Delivered my items in good time, but had to contact the company to ascertain the delivery day, then found out that two aeration tubes were broken, i then contacted the company who then sent replacement parts but had to wait a week, then had to contact company again to ascertain delivery date again. Was quite happy overall with service.

Christine, thank you for your great communication and going that extra mile in sourcing the specialist tube for our pneumatic system at our hospital in Basingstoke . A great company would highly recommend .

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!

Prompt delivery and good communication. Confusing stock check feature which goes off to some form about nationwide distributors. I just added it to the cart and bought it from the product page, but nothing said you had it in stock. Would it have told me if it was unavailable
Overall a good service! Thanks.
