Although I did not find your website that easy to navigate, your Customer Services staff were very helpdful. They gave me the exact information that I needed to place my order. I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything,how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .

the water heater arrived yesterday with major parts missing the metal casing is scratched and dented - the box that it arrived in was very battered and looked like it had been opened and resealed. rang mytub straight away and was told that I would be sent a returns label to return the damaged goods, but I do hope a replacement water heater is also on its way.

Hi,
Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths.
For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation.
Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length
Otherwise, everything was as expected.
