I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Im happy with the service from My Tub. The team was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me when my original order counldnt be completed.
The team sent pictures of the item to help me make a decision and processed a refund as the alternative was cheaper than my original order,
