Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. Many thanks a very good part to improve the operation of our boiler unfortunately it had 1 item missing from the kit the 90 deg elbows please can you also put the customers name on the delivery note. It is installed and working well. you could make people more aware of this part and its benefits

Nice taps, delivered as promised.
A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.
