I received my order on the 7th July, which was the date confirmed. so I was happy with this.
Before I actually made the purchase, I made various queries regarding the product to ensure that it was the right one and Jeannette who dealt with my queries was very responsive, patience and helpful.

Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. Though probably not your fault but your suppliers I have always found Daikin to be crap at everything they do, delivery time was past a joke order 7 dec receive 9 jan.

I have been really impressed with your service. You provided the correct manufacturers parts for a much better price than other on-line stores which I picked up at my local plumb centre. I will certainly be using you again.
The only thing that I found confusing was arranging to collect which should have been available without delivery charge. Im sure that you could improve this option on your website as despite me phoning for assistance and being assured that I would not be charged for delivery - I was charged. Can you confirm why
