Service was good and I would use you again. You tried to deliver the same item twice, which is clearly better than not delivering at all!

Excellent service and staff. Kept me informed each step of the way with a made-to-measure order. Answered my queries extremely quickly even before I ordered. Good prices. Will use again. Well done all round!

After some delay in delivery due to being in lockdown and NHS requiring urgency on their washroom needs ,I was eventually given an acceptable date which got delivered as promised , so I am pleased with that . The product a washbasin tap was as requested and looks good . Yes I would deal with the company again as they keep you up to date with delivery progress.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
