Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Unfortunately initially the wrong size coals were delivered for my gas fire.However once I had notified My Tub they were very helpful and efficient.Most impressed with how quickly Stephen responded to my emails.

It was unfortunate that the first delivery of my item was lost in transit but full marks to myTub as they kept in helpful communication with me and sent a replacement item shortly after me reporting the non-delivery.
