The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Hi guys - the part arrived in good order, but the packaging could have been better. It arrived in a card-board box with the part placed in the bottom and the padding piled on top. It would have been better to put some padding into the box first - then the part - then the padding to sandwich it between the padding. However it seems to have arrived in good condition.

I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!
