I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

Goods received OK but did take over 2 weeks to arrive.
Messages emailed through saying "Delivery: estimated to be confirmed at a later date" with a date is confusing. I think it meant "Delivery estimated to be .. with the date
Did get apology for delay as product was out of stock and when email was received a few days later to confirm delivery goods arrived within a few mins

The replacement shower enclosure arrived yesterday and was in good condition. Many thanks for all your help - you have been very efficient and polite throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again and recommend you to others. The shower is looking great - yeh!

good service, good price - the only problem being with the firm ( Wolsley? ) that delivered it; I stayed in all day awaiting delivery - only to find ( via Mytub) that they had broken it in loading and hadn't bothered to tell me or you; Mytub good; Wolsley bad.

Ive had really great customer service from My Tub - helped me track down the right toilet seat, even checking with the manufacturer and delivery etc all worked well. Thank you
