Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.

When I placed my order there was an initial blip with regard to delay in the delivery date However, this was very quickly resolved. The interest for the customers needs was noteworthy and reassuring.
