I have now received my order which I am completely satisfied with. Many thanks to your staff who were very helpful.

Very happy with product ordered, but was not very happy with paying £12.50 for postage seeing as I ordered on 18 Dec 2010 and only received item 5 Jan 2011.

Goods received well packaged and intact. Because they arrived later than I expected 13 days after order I will not have time to assemble and install before going on holiday so cannot comment on quality of product yet. I was well informed about the progress of the order and received a telephone call to check and confirm the delivery date which was useful.

Thanks so much to MyTub for sourcing the coals for my gas fire these were very difficult to find and ensuring delivery by the date I needed. Very helpful customer service staff. Highly recommended.

Only niggle: I waited in on the estimated delivery day but received an email at 4pm saying it would in fact be the following day, thus wasting my time. Luckily, Im retired! Communications otherwise good.

The part was sent very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately no fault of my tub, I ordered the wrong part by accident. Lets hope they take it back.

This is the 2nd time I have used your company and on both occasions the prices were very competitive and the service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective customers.
