Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous.
