Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted.

First impression counts! I telephoned this company to enquire if they could supply me with a high efficiency, fast recovery Grade 1 copper Cylinder with 28mm coil, constructed for thicker copper sheet 1.7mm2mm rather than normally produced copper thickness cylinders.
The company representative who took my initial enquiry was very competent, quick to grasp what I wanted, he suggested options for me to consider, then rang me back within an hour to provide me with a detailed quotation inclusive of delivery. The entire process from my first call, and subsequent communications were with the same company representative througho

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Regards Patricia Girard
