Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Very pleased with your service However i Was led to believe that the Esher Three pack included a towel rail and it tuned out to be a Towel ring . Which we do not want. problem is currently being resolved
