The component has finally arrived after 3 attempts to send it!
I was a bit surprised by the size of the box it was packaged in - it would probably hold about 1500 of these components!!!

Hi there,
I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.
Thank you
Lee Bedford

Hello Lee
Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".
Sorry for the inconvenience and I will be passing this through the correct channels.
Regards
...Lee Bedford

Excellent service, item quickly dispatched. Website needs to updated to show quantity in pack is actually 4 rather than 1.

Order received by specified date and our Tevi Boost shower is now back to normal. Thank you for your extensive website and very competitive prices. The free delivery service encouraged us to trade with you as it does reduce the product costs.
