I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. I much appreciate all of the help given by Deborah and Christine and hope that senior managers really appreciate the immense asset that their excellent customers service provides for the business.

Excellent service throughout. Including availability information, order processing, delivery and then resolving a problem caused by me ordering the wrong item by mistake and then arranging the return and supply of the replacement promptly.

Deborah , in the office was excellent and very responsive to the delivery failure. You were let down by your supplier , however it would not put me off using you again . Good Customer service overall. thanks
