The PEGLER 12inch COLD QT CARTRIDGE 814043 and the PEGLER 12inch HOT QT CARTRIDGE 814042 arrived safely at 08.30hrs on the date specified. Unfortunately there were no fitting instructions supplied. I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France.
Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made.
In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing.
These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday...
If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation!
Thanks

Despite having a glitch on the order on the day of delivery, which was soon sorted out, dealing with your site was very favourable. I was kept informed and updated every step of the way. Well done and I will certainly be back again. Thank you
