Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required.

Great service and amazing prices at least 10% cheaper than a few other sites I tried. Will definitely use myTub again.
The delivery was on time - particularly like the regular email updates to let me know how the order is progressing.

Brilliant - you got me the old part that British Gas couldnt find and saved my boiler for a few more years ! The part came in one day rather than the three days I was resigned to. Thanks

Delivery was on the date requested with all items correct. Excellent service - much better that Bathstore who were supposed to supply other items on the project.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Other staff including the manager tell me he was removed f
