Very good service goods arrived earlier than expected.
I would suggest that if you can get the goods out as quickly as you did you should advise the customer of this.
i expected the delivery in 45 days and received it next day there are a number of instances where given a 4 day delivery i would have looked elsewhere

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. I had no problems using this site. The items I ordered arrived on the dates they promised. The question and Answer system they operate is really good. I had a couple of queries that were quickly answered.

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... System repaired and customer happy.

Hi,
Order arrived promptly and is an exact match for replacement valves within our childrens nurseries, there are over 150 of these valves and the children keep on breaking them..... Did try to purchase these at plumbase and plumbcentre but they could not help me! Ill be using you from now on even though these were dispatched from Burton uponTrent......

Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings.
