Good price, but took 3 weeks to arrive. Too long!
Good communication from customer services though

Excellent customer service, exceeded expectations. Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. Thank you. Will certainly use you again and recommend you to others.
