I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding.

Service was impeccable - could not ask for a better service.
The item I wanted was organised when I wanted it and it was available for collection locally saving me any delivery charges.
Your staff took the trouble to find the item and arrange for the collection locally.
Bathroom and kitchen works are complete now but if you sell televisions please let me know!!
