When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Im very impressed with the level of service, the price, and the toilet seat that i ordered as well. Will definitely recommend Mytub to people I know.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Cusomter service is great. I ordered a part needing it to be shipped to the US and the customer service team quickly got the part to me and kept me inofmed of my order throughout the process. Unfortunately, through no fault of the MYTub team, the part did not fit. For those ordering parts from the US verify the OD verses the ID of the fittings. I ordered a 50mm push fitting coupling and got exactly what I ordered. The coupling is apparently measured by the OD and I needed a push fit coupling to fit a 2" 50mm ABS pipe. In the US that would be 2" 50mm ID and about 54mm OD. Lesson learned.

First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.
