The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.

Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate.

Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.

I regret that the small half aeration tube was in three pieces. I should be grateful for a replacement.
