My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
