|Order received thankyou.
|GREAT SERVICE AND PROMPT DELIVERY.....
|Brilliant communication from my tub and product just the ticket!
|Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

|Special thanks to Christine for sorting out our problem with a broken handle on a Grohe shower mixer valve. She provided an excellent service chasing up the manufacturers and keeping us informed of what was happening. I was able to pick up the part and fit it successfully. Many thanks.
|Slower delivery than competitOrd but more attractive price
An extremely good service.
Exactly what I requested and a prompt delivery.
Thank you very much.
