the water heater arrived yesterday with major parts missing the metal casing is scratched and dented - the box that it arrived in was very battered and looked like it had been opened and resealed. rang mytub straight away and was told that I would be sent a returns label to return the damaged goods, but I do hope a replacement water heater is also on its way.

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. I searched the internet for the part number and found nowhere in the UK offering this part at the price offered by MyTub.
