Requested delivery time for possible order - advised 10-15 days - agreed and ordered online - then to be told delivery not til Oct 08 - I would have appreciated being told this in the beginning as this is what I was trying to find out. Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone.

Good website and good communication - Delivery came on time - Packing could have been better as its a delicate bath panel and it was only padded at both ends but the edge, top and bottom, wasnt protected and there is slight damage a dent along the top but luckily it does not show when fitted, as long as it doesnt make the bath panel susceptible to cracking at a later stage.
