Danfoss products received direct from supplier on next day delivery. Kept informed by MyTub by email for each part of the process from receipt of order to delivered package. Excellent service, brilliant prices and manufacturers boxed items.

Delivery was not as stated and when I rang to mention the item had not been delivered, I was was simply told I would receive a future email. This isnt good customer service. I rang you and hence Ii would expect a phone call back with email confirmation of when I could expect the item delivered.

Delivery exceptional !! Despite awful weather conditions my Water King Sentry was delivered on the day promised. I didn't expect that. also customer services were a pleasure to deal with.
