Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it
