Delivery took longer then estimated but MY TUB staff were helpful and send me a copy of manual instructions and dimensions of the item so I could do some works before installing an item.

I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

Very rapid action in providing the correct item at a convenient collection point. A good price too compared to elsewhere. Good communications all round.
High standards and a reliable service provided for confident internet transactions.
You tick all the boxes, many thanks.

service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it
