Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. The heating controller was a direct slip-in replacement for the old version I had been enjoying over very many years, and is working well. The only problem with the old one was that the control button for the CH function was becoming very intermittent.
