Helpful website made it easy to locate correct replacement part. Picture of part made it even easier. Delivery of part was next day even though order was after 1.00pm. 10 out of 10 for accuracey and speed of service. Will definately use again.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.

Great service & package arrived earlier than I thought. Only trouble is Dishwasher complettely broke down whilst waiting on the part, so had to buy another. Will you take the spray arm back into your stock as packet not even opened. Please let me know, as I will send it back if I can have a refund.
