It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. Overall a good service. I would recommend it to others and use it again.
Website is clear and easy to follow, the different part number was clearly shown as the correct replacement for what I needed.
The part availability request was answered promptly the request for a suitable fitter took a little longer but was still OK.
Delivery time was reasonable, but it did arrive one day early good, but would have been annoying if Id made special arrangements for accepting the delivery.
My only criticism is of the confirmation emails. Some were sent in duplicate, which would have been confusing if Id had several different items on order. And one confirmation of despatch arrived after the part had been delivered and fitted!
