Excellent service. Item arrived on day requested and early in the day so didnt require hours of waiting and a wasted day.
Would definitely use again.

Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so.

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. Your 7-10 day delivery was way out, almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future.

Hi
We had a few problems with this order, it came a day late and there was only 50% of material. However this was due to your suppliers incorrect information. I look forward to the next time.
Regards
John Burgess.
