A difficult to source part was supplied, albeit with some delay, and regular updates kept me informed of progress with factors beyond their control. Excellent service when other merchants declined to help. Thank you.

I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.

Excellent service, you were able to supply quickly, brand new, an obsolete boiler part, not available from the manufacturer anymore, which I had thought was going to be unobtainable. Your website made it very easy to find what I needed. Thank you
