However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
