Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.

The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good.

item came on the day scheduled, but would have liked a rough guide - say perhaps before 12noon or after 12noon.
