Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. I cant fault this company. The toilet pan I ordered was a good price, especially with the free delivery. The communication from them was excellent and my item was delivered in good order in a couple of days, on the day they quoted. I couldnt ask for more. I will not hesitate to use them in future.
