I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Very pleased with the toilet seat and the price. Delivery was a bit slow 8 days from order but then I wasnt in a particular rush and communications from the PlumbCenter were good.

I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from.
All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer.

I knew I would have trouble trying to find the bathroom accessories as they were unavailable anywhere! However MyTub found the towel ring amongst their stock! They kept me informed of there search and the great outcome! They could have just said, sorry out of stock, discontinued, but no, they didnt give up and found the item!
