each time I have phoned, the lady has been most helpful.
item came on the day scheduled, but would have liked a rough guide - say perhaps before 12noon or after 12noon.
love the item, matches exactly the taps I already have.

When the part arrived at your local supplier, I was contacted immediately to arrange delivery. It was delivered promptly at the arranged time.

I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned. Within a few hours the order was delivered. Top marks to everyone!
