First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th

Sorry for the delay, we confirm the delivery with the branch the day or two before it is to be delivered to you. If the branch say it is to be delivered we have no knowledge of that action not taking place, till you inform us.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I can assure you whilst errors are impossible to eradicate 99% of deliveries take place without a hitch.

I was most impressed with the service I received from MyTub. The part for my fire is obsolete but you managed to find it. I phonedand texted on three occasions and the ladies I spoke and received texts from were most helpful.
The only minus is more detail about the delivery service used would be appreciated.

So pleased I was able to still buy the correct vermiculite for my Valor gas fire. I bought a cheaper pack first, of a different brand from another company, which had larger granules. Unfortunately, I found it caused quite loud popping noises when the fire was on. Using the correct vermiculite bought from your company has made all the difference. Also, it was delivered within good time.

The valve we ordered seems fine- though we havent had it fitted yet. The price was good- though it did take around three months to arrive- so its a good job we werent in a hurry! At least the e-mails kept us informed, which was helpful.

The valor parts where unavailable but you had an alternative which were just as good and fitted perfectly, the delivery service was good and prompt.

Good service, and while there was a delay in supplying all the items I was kept fully informed of the progress of the order. You even sent the order in two deliveries as one item was outstanding. You couldnt have done any more. Thanks
