Order received by specified date and our Tevi Boost shower is now back to normal. Thank you for your extensive website and very competitive prices. The free delivery service encouraged us to trade with you as it does reduce the product costs.

Although there was a delay in receiving the product as it was not in stock i was regularly updated on the position and could not have asked for better service.

Top notch for parts accuracy and delivery! I had a broken Mira shower constantly leaking. Other suppliers quoted 23 week delivery obsolete model, sir. MyTub found the part and promised 48 hour delivery for an extra £10 it was deivered the next day. Highly recommended.

Thank you for keeping me updated on my order. The part arrived yesterday and was packaged well. You let me know by email when the part would be dispatched and it arrived when you said it would. Thanks again

Communication was first class.
Reaction to problems was superb.
Products took a little while to come but some of them were a bit obscure.
Overall a five star experience and I would gladly use again.
