An excellent service, kept in touch throughout. Had a small problem over delivery times/dates, but all was sorted to my complete satisfaction.
Many Thanks

The item was out of stock at the time of ordering. Immediately got a call about a delay, which was not a problem. Great to be updated.
Good all round service. Goods arrived after a short but acceptable delay.

Best price I could find, delivery was a little slow and if I was to order again I wouldnt go for the anti slip option, not worth the extra money! Its a bit of a token gesture.

Thermocouple was fine but I thought the package & post costs of £5.99 could be better, I am sure you could improve on it.
