After a great deal of research I decided on MyTub to supply the "necessary" for my bathroom remodel. This is was my first encounter with MyTub and I was NOT disappointed. From the outset they had everything I needed and at a very competive price. It was a pleasant change and maybe one which helped me decide on MyTub, to hear a North of England accent. Any real or perceived "problem" was quickly dispelled by Customer Service, another point which instilled my confidence in the company. Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. Item just what i needed, a replacement divert-er saved me having to replace an expensive tap and pay a plumber. would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
