I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

Thank you for seeking my feedback.
The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.

Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.
True customer service.
Thanks, I will be back.
