Thank you for such a fantastically fast and efficient service. Excellent customer service, kept informed from the beginning right to through to delivery.
The toilet seat is just as described at a good price - received in 48 hours.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
Parts appear to be correct, though not yet fitted.
Would recommend MyTub to others.

Products were good and so was the price however the delivery was far from acceptable. It took weeks to arrive.I needed the item by a certain date this did not happen as the goods were sent to the incorrect place .Not a very satisfactory service . I was told that nothing could be done as there was a stock take going on !

Communication was excellent giving me updates however I was given two delivery dates that were not fullfilled and I had to ring up every time to ask for confirmation of delivery. I eventually received the goods on the 3rd proposed delivery date.
