Was kept fully informed about the progress of the order, and the re-delivery was organised very efficiently. Could not fault the service in any way. Congratulations.

Products at a good price, but painfully slow delivery by todays standards for easy to source items.

i cannot in anyway shape or form fault the service I have received from your company and would not hesitate to recommend mytub to any of my friends.

Very fair pricing and seem to source items not readily available elsewhere. Can take a while to arrive however but not excessively so.

The item arrived on the confirmed date. However, I had it delivered to my work address large organisation and my name was omitted from the address label. Fortunately it included my phone number otherwise there would have been a delay in receipt.

It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability.
I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
