Excellent service ! ordered on line, cheap, delivered on time, did the job and now have an operational shower again. Thanks and will definitely use you again.

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

I thought the service was excellent and had no problems, would definitely use you again and recommend.
Thank you

Good price, genuine item, slightly slow delivery but I was kept clearly informed and understood the delay to be from the manufacturer. Thnank you.

Thank you for the service that exceeded expectations, especially when your staff contacted me by telephone to advise that the part was obsolete, but then they went the extra mile to search and source the item from another suppliers old stock.
True customer service.
Thanks, I will be back.
