I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.

Im really impressed with the service from MyTub. I was contacted by phone and email regarding a problem with part of my order, offering a suitable substitute, and the order then arrived exactly at the time I was given.
I havent yet installed the new sink, but it seems to be good quality and exactly as described. The website was easy to navigate, and I am delighted overall with the excellent service they provide.

I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. The choice and fitting of this burner was non-trivial and I received entirely excellent advice on these matters from your sales team. This is how the goods come to us from the manufactures. As we do not use couriers services the goods are delivered with great care and no need to be packed up to withstand getting kicked around a depot.
