after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!

Unfortunately obsolete items do not get the price updated so will appear a great deal cheaper than the replacement product.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. The item arrived exactly as advised and the item is the correct replacement. However, the instructions for fitting the toilet seat are unclear so we are having to employ a plumber to make sure it is properly secured.That means we will have paid almost £200 to deal with this.
